Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven, natural-born marketing & salesperson with a passion for Digital Advertising to lead marketing initiatives, attracting 7, 8, and (preferably!) 9 figure clients and partnerships. *This is a COMPLETELY REMOTE position so we hire worldwide, but it would be best if you are around the European timezone, as the majority of the team is located around this continent.

*What You Will Be Doing *

  • Leading Inbound & Outbound marketing for high ticket offers
  • Creation and execution of full-cycle Lead Generation strategy
  • Coming up with new initiatives to attract new clients for Agency products
  • Determining, attracting, and managing win-win B2B partnerships
  • Running or actively coordinating social media ads and SEM campaigns attracting high potential leads
  • Identifying and working on possible PR initiatives
  • Working on and improving Landing pages and Sales funnels to increase conversions
  • Managing Agency's branding, messaging and positioning in the Digital Space
  • Building and managing internal Agency's marketing team
  • Actively collaborating and planning activities with the Sales department
  • Giving feedback and optimizing internal agency operations and processes, creating new structures and SOPs

About You

  • You have 5+ years of previous experience in Agency, high ticket SaaS, or Lead Generation marketing
  • You have 5+ years of experience in actively running Digital Advertising (Facebook, Adwords)
  • Experienced with leading teams of 5+ people
  • You have 5+ years of Project management experience and using project management softwares
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal), easily adaptable to various communication styles
  • You have a good understanding of design for ads, landing, and sales pages
  • Bonus if you have a PR experience
  • You are a proactive individual, we’re looking for people who take ownership, work, and deliver without being micromanaged
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results and solution-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • You are a driven, self-aware individual interested in self-improvement, being the best version of yourself, and a real team player.
