Job Description

As the ABM field marketing lead, you’ll be on the ground floor working with AEs, sales leadership, marketing and product teams, as well as executive sponsors to build account plans for target accounts. You’ll plan and execute marketing activations to engage accounts to learn more about Affinity to accelerate our pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, you will build the program vision, establishing what exceptional ABM and field marketing looks like.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive pipeline through highly targeted mix of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and ABM to hit quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-based strategies to drive awareness and pipeline from target accounts and partner with the marketing team to run a cohesive marketing strategy for our top accounts
  • Develop an “always-on” event strategy including, but not limited to, regional in-person events, webinars, roundtables, workshops, peer to peer networking
  • Create a program that tailors personalized marketing activations to target accounts, and build a set of playbooks that sales can execute to grow the account.
  • Measure ROI through metrics analysis and reporting
  • Create a roadmap to scale our ABM efforts, looking at process improvements, involving agency resources, and implementing technical solutions
  • Become an expert in the needs of our audience and the expectations across the industry, documenting feedback that will influence product strategy and sales priorities

Qualifications:

  • Deep experience in field marketing / ABM for B2B technology sales (4-6 Years)
  • Experience in high-touch ABM programs and familiarity with technology solutions to help scale
  • Efficient project management experience. You have a strong track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives with an ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
  • Strong empathy towards others with the ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate with other GTM teams such as Sales and CS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively able to communicate with other business leaders and the C-Suite level
