We are looking for:

Someone who enjoys and has experience working with customers to solve their B2B marketing challenges and pain points.  You are not afraid to traverse the spectrum of possible solutions to ensure our customers can go live as quickly and efficiently as feasible. You are smart and technically skilled but understand the importance of communicating your ideas with a variety of stakeholders and audiences.  Above all, your ‘can do’ entrepreneurial attitude and team-oriented mindset will help us drive 6sense to the next stage.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Understand our customer’s marketing stack and strategy (CRM, Marketing automation tools) and translate those into a 6sense-based solution
  • Actively collaborate with our Engineering and Customer Success teams to configure 6sense’s product based on specific customer needs.  
  • Help to manage new 6sense implementations and set expectations around both outcomes and timelines
  • Prioritize and service customer requests

Required Qualifications 

  • At least 3+ years of professional services / SaaS enterprise product implementation or related experience is required
  • Must know how to configure custom objects/reports in salesforce.
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing SaaS products, such as Marketo, Pardot are required.
  • Experience using Python, SQL, NLP, Java and/or ElasticSearch in a cloud environment
  • Familiar with Unix/Linux operating systems, comfortable working in shell (bash)
  • BS degree in computer science or similar technical field of study 
  • Ability to communicate with customers directly clearly and concisely
  • Be a fast learner

Bonus Points

  • Experience with data science tools, techniques, and frameworks (e.g. Jupyter notebooks, pandas, KNIME, etc.)
