The Benefits

The Role
We recently launched a new affiliate program through Impact, and have been working with an agency to kick-start the business. We are now looking to accelerate the growth of that business, and to build out our team internally. This person will be a key part of our partnerships and marketing team, accelerating the growth of our business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing our affiliate program (hosted on Impact) by:
  • Recruiting new affiliate partners,
  • Maintaining relationships and optimizing existing partners,
  • Running initiatives & campaigns to clear targets and KPIs,
  • Monthly reporting,
  • Building our B2C affiliate business to represent 20% of total revenue
  • Developing a solid pipeline of business for our newly launched B2B business partners
  • Contributing to the overall success of the business, by proactively supporting the team, providing strategic advice, identifying any potential growth opportunities, even if they are beyond your direct remit.
  • Whilst not core to the role, you may also have the skills / potential to launch and manage PPC campaigns.

About You

  • Experienced managing affiliate marketing businesses
  • Data-driven, analytical and confident with reporting
  • A self-starter, self-motivated and comfortable with a distributed/remote team situation
  • Creative and willing to take data-informed risks
  • An excellent communicator (often written as we work asynchronously) and collaborator
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic
  • Strategic, with a good vision of how your work contributes to the overall success of the business


  • 5 - 10 years marketing experience, preferably in a high growth technology company, or with agencies
  • 3+ years affiliate marketing experience, with strong knowledge of the affiliate marketplace for B2C and B2B SAAS technology products.
  • Good knowledge of the Impact platform / experience working with it
  • Ability to make new partner relationships and to maximize existing commercial relationships
  • Strong reporting / numerical skills, with strong competency in excel
  • Experience in B2C, with B2B experience in addition an advantage, agency or corporate side experience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Target driven and commercially minded
  • Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature
