Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including paid social, email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Execute on paid media and organic social media strategy set by Director of Digital Marketing.
  • Plan, implement and maintain social media post calendar.
  • Use existing and new social channels to drive the brand forward, captivating existing customers and appealing to new audiences (respond to messages via organic social channels).
  • Build ad creatives for organic social media and paid digital utilizing canva.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
  • Evaluate new channels for Crowdbotics to engage our buyers and users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Work with the team on the customer reference portal (as needed).
  • Assist Director of Digital Marketing with web management (as needed).
  • Support the team with marketing activities as needed by demonstrating expertise in various areas and offering help as needed (webinar management, event support, etc).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in marketing.

Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics 4, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM systems and content management systems.

Experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Display, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, X).

Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

Experience using major social media platforms (LI, FB, IG, X).

Bonus attributes

  • Remote work experience.
  • Previous experience with designing mobile or web app development applications for technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience with React, Bootstrap, Heroku and/or Shopify.
