JOB SUMMARY

Data Entry coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, and day-to-day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEIN’s, creates and links unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers.


JOB DUTIES


  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrate dependability independently
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit computer efficiency
  • Assist with special projects
  • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Participate in professional development and training activities
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Assist and support new Employees
  • Apply for FEIN’s for assigned FEA employers
  • Open unemployment and withholding accounts for assigned FEA employers
  • File powers of attorney for assigned FEA employers
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS


  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Be able to successfully pass a background screeningThe incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
