Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced SaaS outbound marketing specialist to join us scaling Lanteria from $2 million to $10 million in sales. We are moving from a purely inbound strategy, to a more aggressive outbound strategy. We have added some sales infrastructure to help set you up for success.

As a B2B Enterprise SaaS Outbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads and revenue for our company. You will report to the CRO and work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment and success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns using a multi-channel approach to augment our distribution of inbound content.
  • Define target audience segments and create buyer personas to guide messaging and targeting.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us from competitors.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that supports outbound campaigns.
  • Use data to track and analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and provide them with qualified leads.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed to support outbound marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to our outbound marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, with a focus on outbound marketing.
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing tactics and best practices, including email marketing, social media, events, webinars.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful outbound marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce and email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content.
