Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team at epitome TV. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, driving audience growth and engagement, and building brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, including brand positioning, audience segmentation, content marketing, social media, and advertising.

Drive audience growth and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the company's content and audience strategies.

Build and manage the marketing team, providing leadership, direction, and mentoring to team members.

Collaborate with the programming and production teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with the network's content and audience strategies.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Analyze market trends and audience data to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including advertising agencies, content creators, and other stakeholders.

Build brand awareness and equity through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and other brand-building initiatives.

Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement joint marketing and promotional campaigns with advertisers and sponsors.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive audience growth and engagement, and build brand awareness.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing marketing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex marketing challenges.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A passion for television, digital media, and the entertainment industry.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices.
