Job Description

We are looking for a customer success manager who can work with our clients (freelancers) to help them succeed using our service.

Duties for the Customer Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as

  1. implement user acqusition strategy
  2. identify potential users through various social media (Ex: Instagram / Clubhouse / Reddit
  3. onboard and train the clients
  4. set up the most effective website for our clients using Ceeya engine
  5. impelment success programs

You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
