*Customer Experience Manager *

Concha Labs is seeking a highly competent and self-motivated rockstar to lead our customer experience function and manage all service-related interactions. This is a customer-facing role that involves ensuring an engaging, efficient, and effective resolution to all customer inquiries associated with our revolutionizing hearing pods and technology. This technology is empowering people to hear clearly from the comfort of their own homes, on their own time, with no appointments. Success in this role will result in high customer satisfaction rates and high customer loyalty, so it is a mission critical and highly strategic position. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we need you to develop, implement and execute a strategic customer service plan that prioritizes user experience across a multitude of outlets including, but not limited to: web, live chat, email, social media, etc.. As a startup, we all wear multiple hats, so you'll also work closely with our multidisciplinary team as we create the optimal experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive the development and implementation of our customer experience function
  • Strategize and implement user experience best practices as created by team
  • Design, integrate and train team on customer communication methods
  • Propose and implement proactive and transparent ways to answer questions and concerns before any personnel support is needed
  • Cultivate and nurture customer/user relationships in beta programs and beyond
  • Immerse in the clinical care and support aspect of our technology and product
  • Effectively communicate data, impact and customer concerns to the appropriate teams
  • Support customer journey through “real-life” environment studies, on-going communication, and resolution-based results
  • Meticulously develop customer-facing copy and content in partnership with our marketing team members
  • Liaise all customer information to appropriate teams within Concha Labs
  • Improve response times and service methods to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of our customer journey
  • Own the process of sourcing and negotiating a CRM with other company leaders
  • Implement new CRM and be point-person for customer data/informatics
  • Communicate and support all teams in effective and meaningful ways, as needed

Skills + Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in leading a customer experience function in a managerial level role
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer engagement and resolution with medical devices
  • Minimum 2 years experience in user experience / customer journey management
  • Minimum 2 years years experience in customer-facing content and copy creation
  • Solid understanding of the start-up environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills

We need you to become an impactful player in creating a scalable Supply Chain and Logistics function. This includes creating, assessing, and establishing the company’s first scalable activities around quality control, assembly, inventory management, all things forward and reverse logistics, and some cool packaging. As a startup, we all wear multiple hats, so you'll also work closely with our multidisciplinary team as we create the optimal experience.

You will be joining the team at an exciting time - we’ve started our Beta and are gearing up for Launch. You will have the responsibility to create and execute the logistical flow of our physical products and continue to innovate and expand on it. You’ll help improve the technology and user experience with what you do, and ultimately work with and meet real users impacted by your work (including us).
