Product Designer at Doist
- Design
- Fulltime
- Anywhere (100% Remote) Only
Job Description
At Doist, our mission is to empower people with simple yet powerful tools.
We're a multidisciplinary, fully-remote, team that’s passionate about creating products, like Todoist and Twist, that improve people’s lives. We thrive on innovating new solutions to old productivity challenges and we seek to rethink how productivity tools are made.
Our Core Values
They are few, but they are mighty. From creating processes to decision-making and recruiting, we build our four core values into nearly every single thing we do.
- Ambition. You aspire to put a dent in the universe. You set high standards for yourself and those around you. You solve issues that have a high impact on our customers and our company.
- Mastery. You care deeply about the quality of your work. You’re continuously learning and pushing yourself to the limits of your ability. As a champion of your craft, you are also a champion of your well-being – you work intensely, then disconnect completely.
- Independence. Others can trust that you’ll deliver on time. You keep your word and trust your teammates to do the same. You are proactive, take ownership, and remain accountable with little or no direction.
- Communication. Your communication is clear, concise, and engaging. You keep others in the loop and never go radio silent. You speak respectfully and foster warm relationships through your interactions. You’re culturally and socially aware and can appropriately navigate social situations.
We invite you to visit our blog to learn more about us, our values, and how we work.

You will be happy in this role if you enjoy the challenge of working cross-platform, like to find solutions that can work in multiple products, and enjoy empowering people with simple yet powerful tools!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with designers, product managers, developers and marketers to refine and build features for our products across all platforms.
- Review Todoist and Twist to find areas of improvement.

Designer at Upstatement
- Design
- Fulltime
- Anywhere (100% Remote) Only
Job Description
The Role
As a Designer at Upstatement, you'll contribute throughout the entire project — developing designs, delivering in Figma, and ensuring that the final product (from brand guidelines to interactive experiences) is pixel perfect.
- Create compelling designs that are beautiful, functional, and brand right.
- Support Creative Directors from initial ideation to final production.
- Independently author designs that deliver on core strategy.
- Explain the why, win over the team, and fulfill the creative strategy.
- Navigate complex business, user, and team needs with empathy.
- Ship impeccable work
Last but not least: People who succeed here are empathetic teammates who are candid, kind, caring, and embody our core values. We believe that diverse, inclusive teams make the most impactful work. Upstatement is deeply invested in ensuring that we have a supportive, growth-oriented environment that works for everyone.
Why Upstatement
Upstatement is a digital product studio with an editorial mindset. We use the tools of design, engineering, and journalism to enrich lives and create a more just society. Our 40-person team works with established leaders (Nike, Vogue, ESPN, MIT, Harvard) and emerging companies who are about to change the world.
- Work with ethical and mission-driven organizations.
- Collaborate in a high-trust environment that empowers creative ownership.
- Build a portfolio you can be proud of.
- Blossom in a small studio culture full of top talent and peers who help you grow.

- Contribute to a progressive, values-driven culture that has deep commitment to DEI, puts people first, and believes in making each other better.
What You'll Do
- Support and sometimes lead an end-to-end design process. Contribute visual ideas as research. Express strategic ideas through design. Communicate the rationale behind your work. Make it beautiful, and (most important) deliver what users need.
- Develop design directions that are informed by research, connected to business outcomes, and driven by you.
- Explore complex problem spaces with an open mind. Feel comfortable with ambiguity. Generate multiple solutions, rapidly iterate, and make strategic product decisions in partnership with a team.
- Sweat the details. Impeccable execution and deep care given to all aspects of design, large and small: strategy, messaging, brand, colors, typography, icons — everything.
- Communicate clearly. Share daily status with teams. Deliver concepts to the team and sometimes clients. Talk through thorny issues as they arise. Show excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills that build strong relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture where people feel productive, creative, and safe. Be unafraid to name problems and move toward solutions with optimism, clarity, and calm.
About You
- 3-5 years of hands-on design at a digital agency.
- Visual and interaction designer with a portfolio of work demonstrating experience across digital contexts (e.g. websites, products, etc).
- Great taste.
- Know how to simplify.
- Can-do attitude.
- Comfortable with both deep systems thinking and getting into the gnarliest interaction detail.
- Push the envelope of what's possible while understanding the boundaries of what's practical/attainable
- Give and receive feedback with empathy to ensure work is always aligned to the core idea and meets quality standards.
- Set the pace with consistent velocity through every step of the process.
- Confident communicator and active listener. Maintain strong relationships with collaborators and client stakeholders, even when challenged.
- Ability to succeed even in the face of complex, ambiguous projects. Comfortable working iteratively. Can step into this role with minimal training.
- Bonus: Experience designing around complex interactions or content, such as apps and editorial products

Product Designer at FRESH PRINTS
- Design
- Fulltime
- Anywhere (100% Remote) Only
Job Description
About Fresh Prints:
Fresh Prints is one of America's largest and fastest growing custom apparel companies. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools.
We're a NYC, India, and Philippines based crew, working with over 600 students. We have bootstrapped (no investors, no debt) our way to $40+ million in annual revenue - and we're just getting started. Next stop? Hitting $100 million.
We give students the tools and freedom to build their entrepreneurial skills from the ground up. That means our tech needs to keep up, and we’re looking for Product Designers ready to jump in and drive substantial growth.
Why This Role?
We're investing heavily in building the tech we need to grow from $40 mill to $100 mill in three years. That investment starts with bulking up our Product team.
This role is for the bold—designers who go beyond “nice” screens to craft experiences that solve real problems and drive lasting impact. You’ll head up our UX/UI team, dive deep into the product, and collaborate across Growth, Product, and Engineering to make Fresh Prints’ tech seamless, loved, and a success. If you’re ready to blend hands-on design with strategy, and mentor others while you’re at it, keep reading.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Guide and grow a team of UX/UI designers, helping them stretch their creative muscles and make a difference.
- Shape the Vision: Align design strategies with business goals and get everyone on board with Fresh Prints’ mission.
- Hands-On Design: Roll up your sleeves, tackle wireframes, iterate on prototypes, and take concepts to final, polished screens.
- Back Your Designs with Data: Run user research, A/B tests, and dive into analytics to make sure every choice is user-centered and conversion-focused.
- Team up with Power: Work side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Growth team to craft end-to-end user flows that make things easier, faster, and (honestly) cooler for our users.
- Build & Scale: Streamline design processes, strengthen the team, and lay the groundwork for the future of our product design.
- Optimize & Iterate: It’s not done until it’s the best. Own the process of enhancing our current product while always hunting for new ways to push things forward.
You’re the Right Fit If You:
- Have 4+ Years in Product Design: You’re not new to this. You’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and have a track record to prove it.
- Know How to Lead: You’re ready to manage a team and know how to bring out the best in your designers.
- Live & Breathe Designing: High proficiency in Figma and other design tools is a must. You’re also savvy with prototyping tools and maybe even a bit of motion.
- Invest in Data & Research: You don’t just make things look good – you make choices based on data and research, knowing they’ll drive results.
- Are Obsessed with Details: The smallest elements matter to you because you know they make all the difference.
- Are a Natural Storyteller: You can communicate the “why” behind your designs in a way that makes everyone else just as excited.
- Love the Hustle: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is up for the challenges that come with growth.
Why Work With Us?
- Real Career Opportunity: We’re not just filling a seat here – we’re building our top management layer in Product. You’ll be working closely with directors and VPs, crafting the next phase of Fresh Prints’ story.
- Competitive Pay: We know talent when we see it, and we pay for it.
- Health & Wellness: Insurance that actually covers what matters for you and your family.
- A Team That Keeps It Real: We work hard and have a blast doing it. Expect a team that’s all-in on supporting you, ready to solve problems, share laughs, hold you accountable, and celebrate your wins.
Working Hours
- 1:00 pm IST - 10:00 pm IST.
Note from Tiki
Hiring Manager & Director of Product Design
Fresh Prints isn’t a typical 9-5 job—it’s where I’ve leveled up in ways I never thought possible. In less than six years, my skills grew 10x, and my gains shot up over fivefold. From design to data, people to product, brand to business, goals to growth, and mentoring to management, Fresh Prints has taken me on a ride of endless expansion.
I remember during COVID, when layoffs seemed inevitable, we pushed to control the outcome, grew by 30%, and didn’t have to let go of anyone because of the pandemic. That speaks volumes about who we are and what we believe in :)
I know calling the workplace a family makes us cringe, so think of Fresh Prints as a bunch of talented, smart and fun individuals working toward a common goal while keeping it really real. If reading this JD got you super pumped instead of stressed, go ahead and apply—you’ll be glad you did a few years down the line.
Fresh Prints is an equal employment opportunity employer and promotes diversity, actively encouraging people of all backgrounds, ages, LGBTQ+, and those with disabilities to apply.
