Location: US, Remote (East Coast Preferred)

Global Work Environment: Due to Snappy employees being in Tel Aviv, London and across the US, we schedule all company-wide meetings and events in EST. We do our best to respect and accommodate your personal time. You might be expected to work outside of normal working hours from time to time.

Compensation: Transparency is paramount in our compensation structure. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary range of $115,000-$125,000, with an annual target bonus of 10%.

About Us:

Snappy, an award-winning gifting company, is in search of a talented and driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth and Customer Marketing, this role is instrumental in spearheading customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with expertise in ABM strategies and paid search optimization, coupled with exceptional project management skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for driving results.

You Will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, with a focus on building pipeline that converts and driving sign-ups that lead to activation.
  • Manage all paid campaigns, including paid search, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and contribute directly to revenue generation.
  • Utilize ABM platforms and strategies to effectively target and engage key accounts, driving measurable outcomes that align with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team, RevOps, GTM, and product teams, to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign performance and identify growth opportunities that directly impact revenue.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth.
  • Conceptualize creative campaign ideas and messaging that resonate with target audiences, leading to increased sign-ups and revenue-generating actions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, continuously seeking out new strategies and tactics to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors as required to support campaign execution and optimization, ensuring alignment with revenue-focused objectives.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in developing and executing ABM strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, with a demonstrable track record of delivering measurable results that directly impact revenue.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and ABM platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for testing and experimentation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities while focusing on revenue-generating objectives.
