The Role

RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts providing enterprise solutions for sales and recruiting teams.

As the Product Manager for the Integrations team you’ll represent the voice of the customer and drive the creation of industry-leading features and experiences that will delight customers and accelerate RocketReach’s growth. You’ll have an ownership mindset as you build and refine your product roadmap driven by customer feedback, research and experimentation, and will be able to evangelize your vision with internal and external stakeholders. The salary range for this role is $160-190K.

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS business serving B2B customers. You’ll have an edge for experience in information services, data products or analytics
  • Have a deep understanding of Agile (scrum) software development best practices, and can engender trust and respect with engineering teams
  • Data driven. Believe data -- not feeling or intuition -- should guide product decisions
  • Are passionate (obsessive, really) about creating delightful customer experiences
  • Aren’t afraid to try something new and learn from failures
  • Know what you don’t know, but also know how to figure it out

What You Get to Do

  • Drive execution of all product lifecycle processes, including research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements and launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by engineering teams
  • Leverage data in the form of usage metrics, A/B experiment results and KPIs to continually test and refine product strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing and sales teams on the development, QA and release of products
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies
  • Define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Initiate or manage relevant strategic partnerships as needed
  • Help develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates RocketReach across primary market segments
