Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in AI and extensive experience in consumer-facing tech companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record at leading companies such as Flipkart, CRED, PhonePe, CureFit, Zerodha, or similar. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in crafting compelling product narratives, driving go-to-market strategies, and using AI tools to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases. Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful and timely launches.
  • AI-Driven Marketing Campaigns: Utilize AI and machine learning tools to personalize marketing campaigns, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and enhance user engagement. Continuously explore and implement innovative AI-driven marketing techniques.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product marketing strategies and drive product adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product, design, data science, and sales teams to align on product marketing objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. Define and monitor key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and retention rates.
  • Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Build and nurture relationships with customers to gather feedback, create testimonials, and drive customer advocacy. Use customer insights to refine product positioning and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in product marketing, with significant experience in consumer-facing tech companies. Experience at top companies like Flipkart, CRED, PhonePe, CureFit, Zerodha, or similar is highly preferred.
  • AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and machine learning to drive marketing innovation and optimize customer engagement.
  • Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in Engineering is required. An MBA from ISB, IIT, IIM, Narsee Monjee, SP Jain, or XLRI is highly preferred.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
