As a member of Clair’s tech team, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining critical components of all of Clair’s systems. The code you develop will directly shape how millions of hourly workers unlock an untapped credit source: their earned wages. Compensation

• Senior Engineer I: Annual base salary of $124,000.00 – $134,000.00
• Senior Engineer II: Annual base salary of $137,000.00 – $147,000.00

The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair’s competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity.
