Job Description

Pathpoint is building the modern distribution infrastructure for the $120B E&S insurance market. Today, more than 20% of commercial insurance business is placed into the E&S market, yet agents, brokers, and carriers rely on analog, inefficient, and imprecise systems, paperwork, and tools in order to transact. As a Product Manager focused on activating and increasing engagement with Pathpoint's customers, you will report to the Head of Product, centered on efforts to identify, analyze, and deliver delight to our customers. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, Underwriting Operations, and our customers to discover and execute on problems for our ecosystem. At Pathpoint, our Product Managers have one foot in the world of technology and one foot in the world of insurance: the desire to to understand pain points and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative methods is paramount.

What you'll contribute to

  • Collaborate across teams to activate and increase agent activity on Pathpoint -- such as understanding needs of strategic partner to product demand of independent agents.
  • Analyze performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of agent activities on Pathpoint.
  • Collaborate with your Engineering and Product Design squad to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing feature, and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
  • Effectively communicate roadmap strategy and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

What we look for

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and leading a squad's product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Experience leading product discovery through user research and testing methodologies to drive business decisions, data analytics, opportunity and problem identification, and prioritization to resolve issues.
  • Passion for building innovative products that drive customer engagement and activation, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
  • Abilities to prioritize and move fast.
  • Empathy for users and a track record of making better outcomes for them.
  • Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SQL and excel.
