Product Manager - Expansion and Scale at Redox

Job Description

Today, Redox is the market leader in healthcare integration. Our ability to deliver support for high complexity workflows across a variety of EHRs, protocols, configurations and networks is second to none. Looking forward however, the threat of easier DIY integrations (our current largest competitor) and increasing competition means we need to continue to innovate on the way that our customers scale their ability to connect to other healthcare providers.

Today our customers send tens of millions of data messages everyday and they are connecting to thousands of healthcare providers. We need to continue to provide best in class features and functionalities that help our customers scale their business from one to hundreds of providers that are within the Redox Network!

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the research, validation and development of features that help our customers scale and expand their usage of Redox.
  • Build, advocate and own your strategic product area with a scrum team.
  • Work with an agile development team optimizing for fast validation and iteration of ideas to get to value quickly.
  • Work closely with product leadership and stakeholders across the company to review concepts, share learnings and share context.

To be successful in the role, your work experience should include:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS software company
  • 3+ years working in scrum/agile development methodology in a development squad
  • Finely tuned product-thinking skills including reasoning from first principles
  • Ability to operate independently, make fast decisions and find needed context from internal stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging customer, operational, industry data and intuition to identify potential high leverage opportunities
  • Experience rapidly validating and learning about opportunities with customers
  • Experience building a/b test to understand what features and functionalities will move your business metrics
  • Shipping value as fast as possible
  • Experience working cross functionally between sales and customer support
