Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our products by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. The Product Marketer will work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and to drive product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Key Objectives

  • Improve Everyset’s product marketing content output while staying true to the brand’s identity
  • Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers
  • Align all product marketing copy with Everyset’s brand ideals
  • Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders
  • Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify key market segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to address specific customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging:
  • Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Create and maintain product-related content, including sales collateral, website copy, case studies, and blog posts.

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement tools, such as product guides, FAQs, and training materials, to support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team understands product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Customer Feedback & Advocacy:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and user groups.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech industry. Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This position is based in the United States. While remote employment is possible, the ideal candidate would be located in one of our major employee hubs in Los Angeles or New York.
