Senior Data Project Manager at Reify Health

  • Project Management
  • Fulltime
  • Anywhere (100% Remote) Only
Job Description

Our unique, rapidly growing data streams are enabling novel opportunities to manage clinical trials more efficiently and predictably. The Data department is looking for a talented Senior Data Project Manager to support effective collaboration and execution within Data and between Data and other Reify departments such as Customer Success, Product, and Product Engineering.

As a Senior Data Project Manager at a fast-growing company, you will balance rapid, tactical execution with delivery of strategic value to serve the business most effectively. You have strong opinions, weakly held, and are able to effectively communicate and support alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders in individual contributor and leadership roles. You will work in alignment with--and draw on the expertise of--our talented Reify Data teams.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic Data projects and milestones to ensure requirements are clear, everyone is aligned, and action items have clear ownership
  • Create and manage project documentation and ongoing communication across stakeholders using various mediums
  • Mapping and understanding existing processes and dependencies, associated pains, bottlenecks, risks (existing and potential), and how they can be effectively optimized given existing constraints
  • Support the development of, or actively track against, clearly defined metrics which allow us to measure our execution impact or progress
  • Building a deep understanding of the clinical ecosystem, our products, data models, and our business and how they all uniquely interact to help people.

What You Bring To Reify Health

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role with a successful track record of data-driven execution at a growing company, ideally in a space similar to ours.
  • Process-driven but not process-bound: you can effectively leverage agile principles in a practical manner and have experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira/Confluence) and the ability to customize them or use them effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable written an oral communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style as needed
  • Talented at change management, especially when it involves coordination across multiple departments
  • Demonstrated ability to “go deep” and use your experience and empathy to understand that surface requests and requirements may differ from what actually delivers the most ROI and strategic value for the company
  • Ideally a former data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, or similar role: you won’t be reading/writing code but deep technical data context will greatly accelerate identification of risks and support alignment
