As the Product Development Customer Insights Manager at Quince, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customer feedback and product development. You will leverage both primary and secondary research methods to identify the details that matter most to our customers. You will help shape our product design choices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to get them to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the critical product details that matter most to customers by scraping web reviews and social feedback, mining returns data, and identifying what customers say about competitor products.
- Compliment web scraping with primary research methods (surveys, customer panels, etc.) to get to details not always available online
- Shape new product design features based on the most important product details you discover
- Collaborate with Merchants, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure insights are implemented effectively.
- Develop and help implement a roadmap of self-serve customer insights tools for Quince colleagues to use too.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in customer insights or product research, focusing on apparel, accessories, and/or home goods.
- Experience with retail data sources such as NPD, Particl, Edited, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) and survey/customer panel platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a high-performing development team in delivering innovative products to the healthcare market. This person will own one of Loyal’s key growth initiatives focused on our patient relationship management product suite. You will:

The Role
As a Product Manager II for our User Management squad, you will define the strategy and roadmap for customer onboarding and activation, among other areas. You will combine your interests in customer experience and funnel optimization to make effective, data-driven decisions to drive growth in our customer base and their engagement in our platform. You’ll partner with a team of engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, and program managers to execute on your vision, while also building relationships across the organization to deliver on customer needs as well as internal stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Help drive growth of our self-service customer-base through data-driven optimization of onboarding and activation experiences. Partner with other squads to build the best customer lifecycle experience, ensuring a smooth handoff from activation to retention
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and design for daily execution, as well as other teams like marketing, security, and support to ensure effective development and execution of your roadmap
- Own the life cycle for your space: product research, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, iterative product development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping, technical design, with design and engineering
- Partner with your engineering manager and team to prioritize work, refine the backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria
- Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure impactful product launches and successful long-term adoption
- Define, track, and analyze success metrics
- Work in an agile environment with defined sprints
What you Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of proven experience in Product Management in SaaS/Product companies
- A passion for growth (bonus if you bring experience), delivering on improvements to AARRR metrics, specifically in acquisition and activation
- Broad experience crafting and supporting a long-term vision while delivering iteratively to validate your vision
- Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data sources to inform decision-making

The Role

Function 1 - Product Strategy and User Advocacy:

You will work closely with our Product and Eng leaders to mesh our strategic company goals with individual product goals and our platform capabilities/architecture roadmap. Areas of responsibility could be Member Personalization, Clinician Workflows, Content, Community, Engagement engines.
Responsibilities
Own the Platform strategy and roadmap to ideate, design, and deliver next-generation platform capabilities that enable new scalable products, and delivers consistent, personalized, and valuable member experiences
Create strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand unmet needs to support business scalability and business objectives.
Collaborate with fellow product managers to coordinate and strategize features that require dependencies between product teams.
Work with engineering, technical project management, and software QA to deliver high quality features and platform architecture through iteration.
Communicate feature progress, milestones, and impact to stakeholders, partners and the company at large.
Contribute to the broader product strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on your feature's performance and customer feedback
Own team level OKRs, define product OKRs, and monitor/manage product health and achievement toward those OKRs.
Champion a platform mindset across the organization and work effectively with product and engineer leaders to advocate for best practices.
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Launch 1 new software initiative to improve member experience
Engage in stakeholder needs and market research to make data informed decisions on your product’s direction
Develop a strong understanding of our north star metrics at Virta, and formulate the appropriate metrics for your team in partnership with leadership
Establish strong relationships across our leadership team, partnering departments, and adjacent product development groups
Begin to set the strategy for your product development team, and contribute to the broader strategy for our entire patient experience.
Must-Haves
At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a demonstrated track record of shipping successful API-driven platform products that required partnering with multiple teams, organizations, and/or companies
Experience working across the entire product process (strategy through to delivery) and have exceptional grasp of the fundamental principles of product management, lean product development and agile practices.
Experience defining KPIs and product metrics and using them to drive decisions, and pairing that with a sense for how and when to balance data with intuition.
Passion and/or experience in shipping software for social impact
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience shipping consumer-facing applications is a plus

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. The Opportunity:
As the Director of Product Marketing, you are responsible for the Product Marketing function at Blackpoint Cyber. This role is the glue that binds Blackpoint’s product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.
You are the expert on our buyers, users, our product, and our value proposition. As the connective tissue between our product, marketing, and sales teams you will define our GTM strategies, market narrative, and product positioning.
What You’ll Do:
Strong experience in selling and marketing to channels market especially MSPs and mid-market enterprise.
Build the strategy and drive the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing, packaging, content creation, positioning, etc.
Experience developing product use cases and writing appealing product copy and content for a variety of use cases.
Partner with the demand generation and global marketing teams to design and launch campaigns designed to create measurable pipeline impact and impact brand awareness to target partners
Drive GTM strategy for Blackpoint’s product offering including support the execution of effective lead generation programs through new business and customer-focused field-marketing events, trade shows, PR, webcasts, and online advertising.
Gather customer feedback and input of product offerings, issues and suggestions for future enhancements and roadmaps.
Produce competitive analysis including battle cards and other collaterals to enable our sales org to articulate BP’s value proposition
What You’ll Bring:
10-15 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing function for SaaS solutions and the cybersecurity space.
Proven experience being self-directed and working with minimal supervision
Proven track record of developing and delivering GTM plans
Strong technical background in top industry leading marketing tools
Strong ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
Strong quantitative and business analysis skills to measure KPIs of the organization.
Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks to fulfill business objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
