RaaP is making construction more affordable, especially for mass market housing and budget hotels. Our Rooms as a Product platform is an Amazon-like marketplace for productized room designs + a technology platform for prefab construction companies to achieve scale, speed and affordability. About This Role

As one of our earliy hires, you will wear a variety of hats including Product Management, Product Marketing and Business Analyst. In this role, you will help research, define and manage a massively scalable marketplace working closely with executive leadership and pilot customers and partners to develop a feature set that delivers the best possible customer experience. We expect this role to grow & evolve as we further develop our product. Your initial responsibilities will include:
• Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for our portal and marketplace which can be launched very quickly.
• Manage our customer, partner and investor database, identifying key stakeholders, handling all correspondence and promoting prospects to contracts.
• Develop product collateral including business cases, presentations and requirements documents.
• Manage our Social Media, Website and Digital Marketing presence.
• Website support (WordPress, Elementor) and UX & design development to ensure intuitive, easy to use products that draws customers to our site and simplifies the construction process.

• Work closely with our engineering team to develop and launch our products.

About You
• 5+ years of product management or marketing. At least a bachelor’s degree in business, ideally an MBA.
• Extremely comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite and product management applications.
• Comfortable in an early-stage tech startup where change is constant
• Ability to take ownership, understand requirements and deliver on unarticulated requirements.
• Comfortable learning new software applications & growth hacking new solutions especially within the construction technology space..
• Research, organized, analytical, articulate.
• Work hours that overlap with US West Coast, extremely proficient in English.
