What we are looking for:

Flashpoint has experienced explosive growth over the past year and we’re looking for a Project Manager with strong experience to manage the implementation and delivery of our managed intelligence solutions. The candidate will be a part of the Intelligence team embedded within our operational and client-delivery functions. While serving as the team’s Program Management Expert, your role will also include supporting and managing internal and customer facing day to day operations. You will be an instrumental leader in the pre-sales design and scoping, post-sales execution, and implementation of the project. Additional responsibilities will include supporting existing intelligence team operations to optimize outputs and develop strategies for scaled growth.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and delivery of client-directed advanced intelligence operations program activities
  • Lead pre-sales requirement gathering with clients, define requirements, and develop implementation plans for each engagement.
  • Draft, refine and implement workflow and processes - both from a tactical and strategic capability for client engagements
  • Responsible for project management and client delivery of intelligence operations that include platform and service offerings. Collaborate with the Intelligence Analyst team to plan, coordinate, and deliver specialized intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting to support clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to identify and understand requirements, craft solutions that meets client needs, and deliver service offerings as a trusted advisor and partner

What you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience of program management lifecycle - intelligence community, financial, and retail industry a plus
  • 3+ years of direct experience designing, documenting, and implementing an enterprise-level operational team in the technology space.
  • 3+ years of direct experience managing internal and external audits, RACI development, and business process reviews
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and effective communicator to all audiences across functions
  • Ability to collaborate with and manage remote teams
