About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager at ZIM Connections, you will be responsible for strategising, developing, and executing our marketing initiatives. You will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis. Your role will be integral in expanding our brand presence and driving our B2C growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the B2C sector.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.

Content Oversight: Supervise creating and distributing engaging content across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values and marketing goals.

Digital Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies as needed, and report on ROI to stakeholders.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and understand evolving consumer trends.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and data analysis.
