Role description

Your Responsibilities
- Business requirement solicitation from the stakeholders, their proper documentation in Confluence and other tools we use, ownership of the derived functional requirements
- Develop in-depth technical specifications for internal developers and external vendors

The Role
This is a fantastic formative opportunity, working full-time on a fully remote team at a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to implement successful product configuration. You will provide ongoing customer training and support through email and Intercom. This work is high impact; your work with customers will drive their success.
Please Note: This position requires overlap with our US team. You must be available to work until 11am-8pm EST Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Customer Success peers to understand customer needs and translate these needs into a successful product configuration
- Own all technical configuration work associated with onboarding new customers
- Make product configuration changes on an ongoing basis to ensure customer needs are being met
- Provide ongoing customer training and support through email and Intercom by:
- Investigating complex customer questions and issues
- Tracing data flows between systems
- Debugging javascript functions
- Reporting bugs to engineering team
- Proposing new customer processes in the context of Just Appraised’s product

The Opportunity
Our product team is expanding and we’re looking for a Product Analyst/Product Ops Analyst to join us. You will be the facilitator that drives our requirements elaboration with the cross functional team, running discussions that will create well understood product requirements, and you’ll help us document these. The Event Production Manager is responsible for managing medium to large-sized production/virtual events from beginning to end, ensuring the profitability and successful execution of these events. In this role, you will be supporting a large variety of our productions. It’ll be important that you have experience both on-site at events and behind the scenes, particularly with audio-visual services. Here’s what else we’re looking for:
- On-site experience at live events. The majority of the role is working with our clients and local partners to ensure our clients’ needs are met or exceeded and their expectations are transparent to everyone working on a particular event. Onsite experience is critical to understanding how best to approach each event’s unique challenges.
- Clear communicator. You’re able to clearly communicate a message, and can cater your approach to anyone and listen to anyone.

GumGum’s Product Manager will advance GumGum’s advertising business by identifying opportunities that improve the quality of our products offering to both our publisher and advertising clients by driving development through the management of our platform’s backlog and prioritization. The Product Manager will be challenged by solving problems across our technical product at significant scale. This role plays a critical role in GumGum’s strategy to continue to grow our business and introduce first-of-its-kind advertising.

Responsibilities

About the Role
