What We’re Looking For

BuildingLink is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services team! This Project Manager will partner closely with our customers to project manage and successfully implement Building Board, our virtual meetings and e-voting tool. In addition, the Project Manager may oversee additional various BuildingLink projects as requested related to the BuildingLink technology platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a knack for project management and the ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, tech savvy, has experience with annual board meetings in a residential property context, and is a team player who is not afraid to jump in and tackle a new project, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and oversee implementation for customers of the Building Board solution for virtual meetings and e-voting, such as annual board meetings.
  • Provide assistance and project management for other additional projects and tasks within BuildingLink Professional Services, which may include managing the rollout of additional BuildingLink modules, BuildingLink site creation, account changes, custom mobile app development, KeyLink, public display setup and customization, and other projects and business processes as requested.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective and prompt communication with all project stakeholders, as well as managing internal timelines, workflows and deliverables to ensure overall customer timelines are maintained.
  • Create and update project plans, and related documentation as requested.
  • Document communications, project plans within BuildingLink’s Customer Relationship management (CRM) system, in addition to managing assigned requests / tickets through BuildingLink’s internal ticketing system.
  • Manage and facilitate customer change requests within BuildingLink.
  • Ability to work Monday through Thurs from 5-9pm Eastern /2-6pm Pacific as requested with advance notice.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience with technical / data work in a professional environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering projects on time in a deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in residential property management (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with annual board meetings, including familiarity working with Board members, legal professionals, interpreting bylaws, and voting.
  • Patience and skill working with non-tech savvy customers.
  • Experience with demanding clients with high expectations, such as Board members, legal professionals.
