This position is a pivotal lead role for ensuring high quality, efficient and profitable delivery of Professional Services to our Customers and Partners in support of achieving their desired business outcomes.

In this role you will be a player-coach, both leading implementations yourself, as well as providing guidance for your team. You must be a hands on leader who enjoys working directly with customers and with others throughout Mitratech to drive successful implementations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the PS Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with PS Management and Project Managers to identify opportunities to improve our implementation methodologies and tools. Develop and execute the plan to evolve the best practice methodology which includes development of standard templates, tool enhancements, and adherence to best practices to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Optimize Professional Services resource capacity and demand management process to ensure it is streamlined and automated to maximize utilization and reduce customer time to value.
  • Responsible for enabling and monitoring overall project portfolio health and progress against project schedule, scope, resources, and budget leveraging OpenAir PSA. Ensure issues and risks are identified and have mitigation plans in place.
  • Lead by example, contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a flexible and pro-active approach to the working environment and the ability to work well independently and with others.
  • Enjoy working in a High Energy, fast-paced environment that is subject to constant change.
  • Professional, articulate, and personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills to report and present at Senior Management Level.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years Project or Program management experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of management experience
  • PMP certification or similar, e.g. Prince2
  • Software Delivery in a Professional Services Organization experience preferred
