We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer, come and be a part of our team!

What You'll Do

  • Take part in full-stack development in both Backend, Frontend and React Native
  • Analyze user needs and drive the technical design and implementation of intricate systems that meet business requirements, and use programming languages ​​to develop high-quality, efficient and scalable code to develop and improve existing software
  • Perform comprehensive testing of software applications to identify and resolve any issues or defects, and ensure that the software meets functional and performance requirements through various testing methods, including but not limited to Automated Unit Testing, E2E Testing
  • Monitor software performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide maintenance and support as needed to resolve software-related issues and provide solutions promptly
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, specifications and user manuals, and record code changes, bug fixes and enhancements to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Physical participation at the event site to monitor the entire process and provide timely technical support to clients
  • Cooperate with key internal partners such as the UI/UX Designers, and Product Managers, and share professional feedback as an Engineer advisor for internal alignment
  • Support leaders and the team by completing assigned operational tasks as needed

Who You're

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with 2 years of mentorship experience
  • Higher Diploma holder or above, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English, and written Chinese and English
  • Proven hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
  • Understanding of Linux and/or AWS environment and micro-services architecture
  • Familiarity with Node.js, JavaScript frameworks (Expressjs, Nestjs, Nextjs), and ReactNative is a plus
  • Proficient with tools such as git, zsh, Mac OS X as development environments is welcome
  • Previous engagement in the B2B SaaS international product and event industry would be advantageous
  • A high achiever with a strong MVP and startup mindset
