YOUR ROLE

The Audit Project Manager will be part of the US Team based in NYC and report to our Pre-Sales & Consulting Leader. This role will be the cornerstone of our US client relationships. As a Project Manager, you will anticipate risk, communicate with clients and internal parties, develop and manage implementation plans, guide the execution of the project roadmap and assist with identifying client needs. In addition, the Project Manager plays an essential role in driving the adoption of Supervizor software for our Enterprise customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Proof-of-Concept process in the form of a Remote Audit: run Supervizor's controls on client’s accounting and operational data and present the results to the client
  • Lead demonstrations of the software to prospective clients
  • Be responsible for the kickoff of projects with US customers, setting expectations with key stakeholders, building a tailored project to their business needs, and communicating the strategy in kick-off calls with high level contacts (CFO, Accounting Director, Compliance Director, Internal Audit and Control Director, IT Department, etc.)
  • Manage overall delivery of the solution, leading controls selection workshops, user trainings, and overall onboarding process for clients
  • Work closely with our growing team to help expand our presence in the US market, implementing a strategy to increase usage and demonstrate the value of Supervizor for US customersHelp to build and shape the Supervizor Customer Success team in the US

YOUR SKILLS

We'd love to meet someone who:

  • Has experience in Audit, Internal control, or as a SOX/risk/compliance consultant in a Big 4 firm
  • Is an enthusiastic builder, with high energy, and likes the idea of working in a small and agile team on the opening of a new market
  • Is a critical problem-solver who can work collaboratively internally (with both sales and technical teams) and externally (from CFOs and Head of Internal Audit to IT professionals)
  • Is comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
  • Has strong written & verbal communication skills, and a customer-first attitude, ideally with client-facing experience
  • Has strong project management and organizational skills
