Thriveworks is looking for a top-notch product designer to join our agile team to strategize and create an outstanding user experience for our clients and clinicians. The ideal person will be passionate about user experience, visual design, and brand to artfully realize UX designs on desktop and mobile. If you are up for the challenge, get in touch!

What You’ll Be Working on:

  • This year at Thriveworks, we’re focused on optimizing our client experience and implementing our new brand vision. Strategize, collaborate, and contribute to all aspects of the product design, from sketching initial lo-fi concepts to prototypes and wireframes to bring our new brand to life in pixel-perfect Figma comps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, copywriters, product managers, marketers, and developers to build detailed UI designs and page flows.
  • Work closely with product and engineering partners to do discovery through the final execution of comps, focusing on reducing user friction and optimizing our top-of-funnel booking experience.
  • Ensure designs move gracefully between platforms, adjusting solutions as needed from platform to platform, understanding and working within constraints.
  • Manage work to strategy, scope, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present and communicate proposed solutions clearly and confidently to your pod collaborators and stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 4+ years of hands-on product design experience, successfully launching and iterating on products for responsive web, mobile web, and smartphone applications
  • Experienced in communicating designs through task flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
  • Experienced in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research. Familiarity with using and creating personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.
  • Strong visual design and presentation skills with an outstanding portfolio of relevant design work that demonstrates your experiences, thought processes, impact, and learnings.
  • Expert-level mastery of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Principle, After Effects, and animation skills are a plus
  • Strong understanding of modern web and mobile best practices
  • Ability to concept and rapidly execute compelling visual designs and hi-fidelity mock-ups with solid attention to pixel-level detail and users states
  • Experience working across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, mobile web, desktop) to deliver consistent experiences across multiple touchpoints
  • Knowledge of web and mobile apps development frameworks (HTML5, CSS, React, etc…)
