Job Description

The Moogsoft Professional Services Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of every Professional Services deployment. The PM manages the entire Moogsoft deployment lifecycle, from the time a new customer is handed off from Sales to Professional Services through customer validation and hand-off to Support. The PM consistently meets or exceeds delivery targets with high customer and consultant satisfaction levels through regular communication with customers and Moogsoft staff. The PM is familiar with best practices in project management and stays abreast of tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Moogsoft Professional Services practice.

You will…

  • Responsible for successfully delivering Moogsoft customer deployment projects
  • Ensure Professional Services resources, both direct and partner, are adequately scheduled to meet or exceed delivery targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the resource plan and schedule, ensuring it is always up to date; schedule and facilitate communications between customers, partners, and Moogsoft staff
  • Monitor and report on project health and status for all projects interface with Moogsoft finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate time reporting and customer billing.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to drive dashboards related to project health and resource availability
  • Ensure all engagement documentation is maintained online and is current and accessible to all Moogsoft staff who require access.
  • Escalation handling and resolution
  • Drive improvement in Professional Services processes and customer satisfaction

You are/have…

  • Experience in managing customer-facing software implementation projects involving highly technical, configurable software in a professional services organization for a software company
  • Must be people-oriented with the ability to quickly form relationships and balance a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with a variety of audiences, from technical to senior management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook Calendar, E-mail, and Google Suite tools
  • Proficiency with a project management tool, preferably Smartsheet
  • Proficiency with best practices in Project Management (PMBOK or PRINCE2)Current/active PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Agile/Scrum certification and experience
