About the Role:
As a Product Manager at DineLocal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile application. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive the execution of our product roadmap. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative features that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and propel the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives and user needs.
  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives, creating a roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
  • Feature Definition: Work closely with design, engineering, and other teams to define detailed requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand user behavior, pain points, and preferences.
  • UX/UI Design: Partner with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive adoption and retention.
  • Launch and Iteration: Lead the product development process from conception to launch, iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to track the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inform product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, milestones, and insights to internal stakeholders, fostering alignment and buy-in.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience - 2+ years in product management roles, preferably in the mobile app or consumer tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and creating delightful user experiences.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
