This is a ground floor opportunity to be one of the first designers at Rootly and tangibly shape our trajectory. You will experience the balance of being scrappy and operating at scale. The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience with B2B, developer tooling, or enterprise software product design.
• Has built design systems from scratch and familiar with building/maintaining component libraries.
• Experience owning features through the entire design process, from user research to visual design.

About the role: You’ll be responsible for creating websites that effectively communicate the client's or company's brand, message, and goals. You’ll combine creative design skills with technical expertise to craft visually engaging and responsive websites that help convert prospects to leads for marketing efforts.
