We are looking for an experienced Product Education Manager who will be responsible for growing and managing a high-quality, high-value Academy program. You will be a key contributor in defining the program's content, strategy and success measurements.

As a part of the Similarweb Product Education team, you will be an innovative and enthusiastic participant in building and facilitating the success of Similarweb’s high-impact learning program that empowers users, reduces barriers, and drives the discovery of product value and loyalty.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Work collaboratively with SMEs and other stakeholders to conceptualize, plan and design impactful and engaging eLearning curriculum that supports various workflows, learning paths, and personas
  • Define and curate quality training collateral - including design layouts (visual storyboards and course scripts), course descriptions, presentations, knowledge assessments, etc.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of learning programs against KPIs, and measure ROI back to the business
  • Develop communication plans and outreach strategies to promote adoption and engagement in the new Similarweb Academy
  • Maintain and update training offerings to reflect product releases and industry demand
  • Manage the Learning management system (LMS) to be used for customer education, training, and assessments
  • Identify new opportunities for academy expansion (i.e. monetization of training)

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in customer education and learning experience design
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Accustomed to working with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs and pain points, experiences and objectives
  • Experience with curriculum development and customer training in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to perform many phases of curriculum development (research, planning, creating, organizing, managing, reporting)
  • Familiar with content development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, video editing) and LMS administration
  • Familiar with digital marketing use cases, marketing analytics tools is preferred
