Job Description

Lanor (www.lanor.io) is an intelligent and connected operating system for retail teams, where businesses can align their team, automate products and processes and gain better supply chain visibility.

We are looking to hire a Product Manager Intern to help with managing our team of engineers while the company grows.

Qualifications
•Must be earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university
•Attention to detail
•Knowledge of React, Next.js, Graphql
•Knowledge of Figma
•Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
•Strong problem-solving abilities; you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
•Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers, ability to explore and structure customers’ insights
•Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels
•Must be able to manage a team of developers
•Intellectual curiosity around finding the “why” and digging deep to find product areas to explore
•Comfort in a dynamic and always evolving start-up environment

Resposibilites
•This person will work closely with the CEO & CTO to define deliverables
•Work closely with the Frontend Engineer & Product Deisgner to make sure Figma files & the platform
•This person will manage a team of remote developers to make sure they are completing tasks
•This person will hold weekly meetings
•This person will set timelines for deliverables
•This person will be beta testing on the platform, i.e. breaking the platform to find problems
•Respond to Product feedback from customer's in a timeley manner
•Prioritize bug fixes and be on top of platform issues
•Occasionally create articles on product features
•Review and compare product features and identify opportunities in the market

This a PAID position and can be used for college credit.
