YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Be updated on latest market trends and collaborate with the team to align on the strategic route to follow
- Collaborate on the strategy for LATAM region as well as SEO KPI setting for market/assets
- Be accountable for a successful SEO strategy implementation across multiple products
- Ensure top rankings for high intent keywords so to have a massive flow of valuable monetizable traffic to the assets

Responsibilities
This position calls for an experienced and talented SEO professional who will support the development, execution and ongoing optimization of the SEO strategy for multiple Mayo Clinic domains, subdomains and mobile apps. Responsibilities include development of search aquisition strategies, user intent and keyword research, competitive analysis, managing Local and/or International SEO campaigns and technical audits. The SEO Specialist II is an individual contributor member of the Dealer Inspire SEO Department, and is responsible for determining and executing organic search strategy for assigned clients. High-level responsibilities include:
The Director of SEO will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, reviewing various, relevant data points such as website traffic, rankings and using tools such as SemRush to look for new opportunities. You will be conducting competitor research, keyword and location research. With the help of team members, you will be responsible for driving up rankings and organic leads for all clients. You will serve as an extension of their marketing efforts, with a focus on digital and traditional marketing. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for all things digital. You will work directly with our cardiology practices and be the project manager for our third-party marketing vendors. You will run and manage SEO for all practices, support other digital marketing efforts, and be the project manager across all marketing products (website, social media, online reputation management, etc.). You will work remotely (with preference for those who live in Houston, TX and PA/NYC/NJ area) and report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement digital marketing and patient acquisition strategies across all of CardioOne cardiology practice partners
- Own and manage all SEO efforts across our different practice partners across all of our markets, reporting out on a monthly basis to physicians and CardioOne leadership
- Create and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising across all of our physician practices
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve the organization's visibility and drive website traffic using the latest optimization methods proven to increase website performance and traffic.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation for the organization.
- Keep track of digital marketing budget and ensure all efforts are cost-effective and within budget.
- Plan, strategize and track outreach events for marketing impact and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably to patients in the healthcare or physician practice setting
- 3 years of SEO and/or SEM experience, preferably to patients in the healthcare or physician practice setting
