About the Role
AKASA is building out it’s Marketing organization to support our growing business. This Senior Product Marketing Manager, Revenue Cycle is responsible for collaborating with Technology, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to define our target audiences, craft messaging, and devise campaigns to drive both new business and expansion outcomes. This is an exciting new remote role that will report to the Head of Product Marketing where you will have the opportunity to shape the value product marketing can bring to a growth company.

What You'll Do

  • Translate market needs, competitive insights, research, client experience, and business expertise into thoughtful market knowledge that can be leveraged across the business.
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is represented in every customer product and marketing experience
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that align with the buyer’s journey and segmentation to position AKASA for growth within revenue cycle.
  • Create customer-facing content, thought leadership, sales presentations, whitepapers, collateral and tools to articulate the product value proposition.
  • Develop the marketing strategy, integrated campaign plans, tactical recommendations and budget to achieve business and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to execute campaigns, online and offline content, and programs that build the AKASA brand within the market segments and communities, to support prospect acquisition, relationship expansion, customer retention, create demand and generate loyalty.
  • Align with the technology and commercial teams in the ongoing management of solutions throughout their lifecycle as well as the launch of new compelling offerings that position AKASA for growth within revenue cycle operations..
  • Partner with sales and customer success to develop go-to-market plans, deliver compelling market facing resources, and provide training to ensure the message is consistent and on-brand.
  • This individual will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment to drive awareness, demand gen, sales enablement and market intelligence for our revenue cycle solution set.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field; and/or relevant, progressive experience
  • 5+ years of proven product marketing experience
  • 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management knowledge
  • Experience with AI/ML and can work in a highly technical environment
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to draw business relevant inferences from data, and effectively report outcomes of work to executive management
  • Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns
  • Project management whiz who can juggle multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Very strong written skills for developing collateral
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams (you'll have tons of face time with different stakeholders in the company!)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
