Job Description

Reggora is a fast-growth, early stage fintech company transforming the market for real estate valuation. We are quickly building out our team following our recent Series B round of funding and are looking for motivated, experienced professionals to jump in and help us scale.

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As Product Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our Product Operations team, which helps Reggora achieve product excellence. As a team, Product Ops guides Product strategy by working with stakeholders to surface insights and needs, improving Product Team processes, facilitating stakeholder communication, and by educating both new hires and existing employees with product knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Reggora’s product and our industry
  • Using both data and qualitative feedback, help Reggora evaluate its efforts to improve marketplace efficiency (i.e. how well are we doing assigning the right appraisers to the right appraisal orders? Are products priced appropriate? How is supply and demand impacting performance? How can we impact that?), iterate on those efforts, and deliver industry-leading results
  • Surface needs and insights from users; work closely with cross-functional teams to inform product team prioritization
  • Leverage data to drive decision making. How are customers using our product? What improvements might have the greatest impact? Why should we prioritize A over B? What was the result?
  • Track the success of new rollouts using predetermined KPIs
  • Drive and continuously improve the processes that ensure both customers and internal stakeholders are informed of and well prepared for product-driven changes
  • Work with the Product Enablement Manager to develop and deliver internal product training to Reggorians, including before and after releases, during onboarding, and tailored training as required.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3+ years in product, program management, project management, or operations
  • Experience in a high-growth, B2B, or SaaS environment
  • Experience gathering, synthesizing, and presenting data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity or a willingness to learn Product tools such as Pendo, Productboard, Confluence, and Jira
  • Experience in pricing, incentives, and marketplace dynamics is a plus!
