Founding member | Senior UX/UI Designer in the seed sales intelligence startup. Part-time possible.

You need to be proficient with figma rapid product prototyping!

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR
We started as a Linkedin Growth Hacking Agency and, in 3 years, generated USD 20M in sales for our customers. We run hundreds of LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, trained salespeople, and designed B2B go-to-market strategies. A year ago, we raised €134k from 7 investors. We attended a pre-accelerator by Startup Wise Guys. Then we launched our MVP and validated our product with paying customers. We have now reached a problem-solution fit. Currently at €30k annual recurring revenue (ARR). We also got accepted in Dec 2022 into Startup Yard Accelerator! With help of Startup Yard mentors we validated the realistic view on of the core go-to-market hypothesis. In the current seed round we already raised €108k and have €100k in hard commitments.

PROBLEM WE SOLVE
We noticed that senior sellers don't do cold outreach -it's ineffective. What they do is they use their network to get trusted introductions. This process is unpredictable and ineffective. Inguro solves it.

OUR SOLUTION
"Inguro is a sales intelligence platform. We analyze the extended LinkedIn network of the seller. With a proprietary AI Inguro calculates the relationship scores. Our algorithm finds out who knows whom, why, and how much. To close 1 deal, sellers need less than 10 trusted introductions instead of 3000 cold prospects. This means sales conversion improves by 300x!

YOUR SKILLS

  • You like to join as a full team member and NOT as a "Freelancer" or an "Agency."
  • 5+ years with UX product design
  • You have strong Figma skills
  • You have a good level of verbal and written English
  • User Research: The ability to conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
  • Interaction Design: have a strong understanding of interaction design principles
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: create quickly wireframes and prototypes
  • Visual Design: have a good eye for design and be able to create visually appealing interfaces that effectively communicate brand identity.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaboration: understand and question requirements
  • Strategic Thinking: think strategically and consider the bigger picture, including the overall customer experience and the company's business goals.

Adaptability: we are a fast-paced startup and constantly evolving, so you need to be adaptable and able to work in a highly iterative and collaborative environment.

Not a must but a bonus if you are a regular meditator for more than one year*

It is a plus if you speak at least one more language besides English and have lived abroad for over six months.
