We're looking for a versatile, hard-working, and talented Creator Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about the creator economy. You will own creator-oriented go-to-market strategy, content and communication in order to drive enthusiastic adoption of Spring’s technical features, physical products, partner integrations, and merchandising best practices at scale. You will collaborate closely with Creator Success and Product Managers, leveraging information, research and insights to develop messaging and optimize results through frequent testing and experimentation.

What you’ll do…

  • Creator intelligence - be an expert on our creators: their identities, their communities, and the role of commerce in their businesses
  • Competitor intelligence: benchmarks, positioning, features, differentiation and voice
  • Internal intelligence: collaborate with cross-functional team on product positioning and messaging
  • Leverage intelligence and data to develop Spring positioning, messaging and voice
  • Manage the creation, distribution and updating calendar of each piece of creator content
  • Work with writers and creative professionals to produce the desired content.
  • Strategically leverage Spring’s marketing channel mix (email, SMS, ads, in-web) to meet campaign objectives
  • Educate internal stakeholders and teams about strategic positioning to creators
  • Optimize and provide weekly reports on existing and new creator marketing funnels (activation, engagement, retention and reactivation)

Requirements

What you bring…

  • 5+ years of product marketing or marketing communications experience
  • Strong analytical skills ranging from data analysis and research to problem-solving and prioritization
  • Exceptional performance measurement and tracking skills: ability to prove what is working - or isn’t
  • Experience using cross-channel marketing software, Iterable, is highly desirable
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Attention to detail and eye for quality
