Mission: Why the role exists (About the Role):

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Kameo Platform team, defining the next phase of our diagnostics and immunizations platform.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work cross functionally to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. As part of a growing product organization you will help to craft our approach to product development and play a key role in the future direction of Kameo as we continue to grow in our current market and deliver new products and features.

*Responsibilities *

  • Help drive development team execution by defining roadmap epics, specing feature stories, overseeing development and participating in daily scrum meetings
  • Help support product operations such as release communications, internal team communications/training, and new product shelf materials
  • Implement, optimize and maintain consistent feedback loops from internal stakeholders and users of the product
  • Brainstorm, design, challenge, and debate proposals and designs with cross-functional teams
  • Support product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution

Experience Profile: relevant past experience (Requirements)

  • 3+ years of experience with product management at a technology product company
  • Strong understanding of software development and project management processes and practices
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to clearly identify challenges and document requirements for solutions
  • Experience working with distributed teams and facilitating effective virtual and in-person meeting
  • Passion for understanding customer problems and effectively communicating the “voice of the customer” to the broader team
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
