Job Description:

As our Senior Paid Media / SEO Manager, you will own our paid search (e.g., Google, Bing), paid social (LinkedIn), and search engine optimization strategy for a hyper-growth company. As part of a high-performing demand generation team, you’ll partner closely with our marketing operations, product marketing, web, and creative teams to build a combined paid/organic growth strategy that exceeds our lofty pipeline targets. You will scale our programs with sizeable budgets to deliver on growth goals, owning both strategy, execution, and reporting. You’ll help us devise cross-channel campaigns to support our account-based demand generation efforts and help drive advancement in our analysis of these critical channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental organic SEO traffic to the Aviatrix website
  • Develop a collaborative SEO / Paid Media strategy with input from multiple stakeholders
  • Conduct both paid and organic keyword research and discovery
  • Identify new keywords and targetable markets and optimize bidding strategies
  • Analyze SEO and keyword data; develop growth projections
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports focused on Paid and SEO growth
  • Manage paid media / SEO agency day-to-day relationships and support contract negotiations
  • Work with web and design team to test landing pages, offers and copy to determine the most effective designs for paid campaigns
  • Scale and optimize best-in-class paid campaigns to drive high-value customer acquisition across brand and non-brand keywords and paid social
  • Collaborate with account-based campaign managers to implement paid social campaigns that deliver differentiated messages to accounts based on intent and account journey stages
  • Devise, deploy, and optimize other paid media programs, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google alpha/beta products to drive pipeline
  • Bring a creative mindset and collaborate with creative directors to ensure that our creative cuts through the noise and cohesively supports integrated and brand campaigns
  • Drive reporting and analysis on paid campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights and make informed decisions
  • Develop forecasts and budgets for paid and organic search and other media channels, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly
  • Collaborate with other growth teams to formulate hypotheses, automate processes, and execute on experiments in the marketing funnel to drive exponential pipeline and revenue

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing 7-figure budgets for both paid and organic programs
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO /SEM best practices, emerging trends regarding AI generative search and industry tools
  • LinkedIn paid social expertise including Lead Gen Forms, website conversion tracking, dynamic audiences pulled from ABM platforms, persona targeting options, remarketing capabilities, ad formats and industry benchmarks based on campaign objective and ad format
  • Proven analytical skills and experience with SEO tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present to leadership
  • Proven track record of building and executing experimentation plans, including creative testing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Proven track record of accelerating revenue growth via standing up new marketing strategies across multiple markets and channels
  • The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality
  • Strong knowledge of the media industry and landscape
  • Experience with tag management platforms to implement client-side pixel tracking, server-side connectors, create audience segmentation, and have the ability troubleshoot issues

US Pay Range

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 - $184,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. [Certain roles are eligible to earn sales commission, depending on the terms of the applicable plan.] The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
