We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior SEO and Paid Media Lead to join our team. We exist to help others, and we believe that when patients are aware of Cortica, they will choose us over other options. The Senior SEO and Paid Media Lead will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and the ability to communicate and collaborate with team members effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Successfully balance organic growth with PPC digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Pinterest, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize cost and achieve lead and conversion targets.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and marketing spend
  • Manage and optimize website content and design to improve user experience and drive conversions
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, re-marketing, etc., to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Utilize social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engage with customers
  • Analyze and report on website and social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience building, launching, managing, and reporting on campaigns with Google ads, YouTube, and Meta. Pinterest and Amazon experience a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in SEO, keyword planning, executing PPC ads, social media marketing, digital advertising principles, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of industry-leading digital marketing management tools and services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
  • A degree or equivalent education/relevant experience

The base pay range for this opening is $70,000 to $100,000. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
