    Pay Range: $62,755 - 103,739 annually

    Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

    NFM’s SEO Strategist II is responsible for ensuring is continually increasing in rank on all major search networks. This includes site performance analysis, content optimization and strategy implementation, link building and working internally to maximize traffic to the site. This is a remote position requiring the candidate to reside in NE, IA, MO., KS or TX.

    Job Duties: A Day in the Life
    Analyze: Evaluate site performance data to identify trends
  • Strategize: Develop the strategic plan and implementation tactics for increasing organic rank
  • Maximize: Drive site content quality, keyword research, copy optimization and content programming to drive SEO
  • Team Up: Partner with SEO team on projects internally
  • Expand: Be the expert in SEO best practices, strategies and technologies and maintain a keen awareness of emerging technologies
  • Collaborate: Build relationships across NFM to achieve goalsYour work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love.

    Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, UX, IT, related fields or equivalent experience
  • 4 years SEO experience required
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Conductor, or other technologies that inform organic search strategies preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skill
  • Excellent copy-writing and Content Creation skills
  • A comprehensive knowledge of organic search and how SEO activities influence search engine ranking algorithms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website SEO and Marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints preferred
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines with accountability for results
  • Strong project management, analytical and data-driven thinking skills
