Full Job Description
We are looking for an SEO Analyst to join our team and help us continue to grow our online presence and reach in the ecommerce space. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, analyzing website traffic data, and developing and implementing SEO strategies. You will also be responsible for identifying the best SEO practices for inventory, pre-orders, content, and pricing policies.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with SEO, web analytics, and a passion for digital marketing. He or she will be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to experiment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand technical SEO and what factors influence organic rankings
- Plan, create, and facilitate written content which will be published on eCommerce website and channels
- Day-to-day management of website performance & applicable automation of SEO tagging
- Set excellent standards for systems and first-rate practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
- Identify areas of improvement based on data analysis, then develop and implement strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO audits to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Research and analyze competitor websites to identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
- Generate monthly reports detailing progress and results achieved
- Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure all content is optimized for SEO
- Assist with the development and implementation of paid search campaigns
- Identify SEO optimal practices for inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years professional SEO experience in the ecommerce space
- Experience working with tools like SEMRush, MOZ, Ahrefs, etc.
- Expertise in all aspects of on-page and off-page SEO
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Up-to-date with the latest algorithm updates
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with content management systems and web development platforms
- Willingness and capacity to build knowledge of the eCommerce industry and products
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency in Google AdWords and other paid search platforms

As a Digital SEO Manager at U.S. Bank, you will work closely with Content Strategists, Marketing, UX, SEM, and IT teams to drive strategic growth through organic traffic. YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- A strong understanding of all SEO best practices such as SEO “friendly” site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, link building, and more
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Performing full SEO website analysis for our clients, finding problems and implementing solutions yourself

- Creating 301 redirects, HTML / XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions
- Online public relations, link building, social media profile setup and improvement
- Upgrading website code, servers, and other areas to increase site speed
- Consolidating CSS files and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- After successfully completing the initial training period you should also be able to perform technical SEO analysis to uncover errors as well as provide and implement the appropriate solutions

We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading the complete SEO strategy for Uscreen, and scaling organic demand capture. As a key player, you will work closely with other teams, including Marketing and Product, to help us establish strong SEO and brand authority in our industry.

Your Responsibilities:
- Continue to build and scale upon Uscreen’s solid Organic Search foundation to transform SEO into a major user acquisition and demand capture engine
- Develop competitive SEO strategies for Uscreen’s marketing website, including the blog, and website pages
- Lead the on-site and off-site strategies to scale our organic search visibility
- Regularly conduct content audits, keyword & competitor research, and optimizations to improve SEO performance
- Work closely with the Head of Demand Gen & Content team to plan & execute organic search strategies
- Forecast the impact of the SEO strategies, expected traffic, and revenue
- Develop clear roadmaps to execute and drive the proposed strategies with milestones, constraints, and specific dependencies
- Help build a well-functioning engine that outputs search-optimized content at scale
- Help establish a cadence of executing tasks to improve visibility on search
- Help define the technical SEO workstream within our Marketing site properties and work with our WP Engineers to implement changes
- Help grow the SEO team and recruit SEO talent across the industry
- Educate product, design, and engineering teams on current industry trends, SEO, and content best practices & methodologies
- Ability to overlap at least 5 working hours with Western European Time
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum of 4 years of full‐time, professional experience in SEO, in B2B SaaS
- Experience in building and managing SEO operations & teams in an in-house environment
- Experience working closely with engineers to execute technical SEO tasks
- Proven track record of growing organic search traffic through SEO
- Strong technical knowledge including:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Core Web Vitals
- Schema Markups and Structured data
- Mobile-first development
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Data Studio
- Expertise with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress
- High attention to detail
