About The Position:

We have an awesome managed SEO service called HOTH X and we're looking for a dedicated, driven people-pleaser to help guide our customers through their HOTH X journey.

As a part of the HOTH X team, you will be the main point of contact with our customers who have an active HOTH X campaign. Daily tasks include hopping on the phone with clients for onboardings and consultations, production tasks pertaining to your customers’ specific needs, conducting SEO research, and all-around helping make our customer experience awesome.

The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable with speaking to clients over the phone, has great time-management skills, and is an all-star at building relationships.

Prior SEO knowledge is not required (but certainly helps!). Because this is an entry-level role, we provide all the training and tools necessary to speak with our clients about SEO strategy.

Training for this role involves a comprehensive deep dive into all HOTH services and strategies. The first 60 days will involve training on our Client Experience team, followed by a slow transition into customer onboarding.

This position is integral, due to the responsibilities of managing campaigns for small businesses, agencies, and enterprises.

This role is a full-time position that is remote-optional and will be eligible for all full-time team member benefits as detailed on our Careers Page.

We are looking to fill this role in the coming weeks. All candidates must be available to start within that timeframe.

We work with clients in a variety of time zones and have opportunities for early, late, and regular work shifts to accommodate all clients. If you're an early riser or night owl, let us know!
