As a SEO Copywriter for Digital Marketing, you be responsible for creating unique content for digital advertising based on the talent attraction initiatives of our clients. You must be an adept and proficient writer, who is able to quickly research and create search-optimized content that is useful to candidates and meets the length and time requirements the media channels. The Copywriter must be unafraid of tight deadlines and high workloads, writing and researching for multiple clients daily. This role will sit within the Digital Media team and work to ensure recruiting marketing campaigns (PPC & SEM), and all paid media content is optimized. You will help our Digital Media teams in managing client relationships while developing and leading multi-faceted digital content strategies. You’ll identify and drive growth opportunities, fostering innovation that delivers on our clients’ business goals. You’ll constantly push the limits of the copywriting to change the way companies and candidates connect.


  • Be the guardian for digital content/copy on the digital channels to improve, engage and convert the candidate
  • Support the digital and sales teams to set and own the digital media content strategy for their client portfolio through training, and mentoring
  • Participate in, and contribute to, strategic meetings, such as annual planning sessions, quarterly business reviews


  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in SEO content writing and SEM marketing, samples required
  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Ads (products) and other SEO tools (SEMRush)
  • Strategic-minded, with strong analytical capability
  • In-depth research skills with ability to understand topics, audience segmentation and keyword strategy
  • Ability to write interesting and engaging content
  • Ability to deeply research content for SEO
  • Creativity and ability to come up with or find new ideas, or new approaches to achieving content goals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal project managers and rest of stakeholders on our team
  • Data-driven and analytical thinking skills
  • Extremely organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Curious, quick to learn, and receptive to constructive criticism
  • Highly methodical, accurate, and determined
  • Excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Recruitment marketing / HR technology experience beneficial
