WebstaurantStore, the largest online restaurant supply company, is looking for a full-time Junior SEO Specialist to enrich our world-class search marketing team in this dynamic, fast-growing, remote-friendly company. The Junior SEO Specialist role will be responsible for the promotion of content, assets, and features on our website to increase external backlinks, create meaningful connections, grow organic website traffic, and improve user engagement. We are looking for candidates who have experience in the following areas: Outreach, Link-Building, PR, SEO, EO, Social Media, or Ecommerce.
Our team is based in Tampa, FL, and Lititz, PA, but all team members are working remotely.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you would be responsible for running an SEO development team made up of engineering, design, and QA resources to launch SEO initiatives, identify areas for improvement on existing sites/sections, and implement strategies to improve our rankings in major search engines. It's not enough to simply theorize about SEO, we want someone who has the ability to convert their ideas into action, manage a team, lead projects, and can make their vision a reality. What You Will Get to Do
- Product manage SEO projects, including working with data analysts, designers, and engineers
- Identify head terms or long-tail opportunities we can rank for using comprehensive keyword analysis and competitive research
- An opportunity to own the organic traffic growth of at least one of our emerging brands
- Work with our content team to develop content that supports SEO goals and the implementation of our SEO strategy
- Monitor and evaluate analytics in order to provide regular team updates, actionable plans, and competitive benchmarking
- Establish clear SEO performance indicators that complement overall business objectives
- Create A/B testing ideas to improve on-page engagement, speed optimizations and conversions
- Recommend content approaches to gain natural attribution from authority sites
- Advise on information architecture to aid in search engine visibility
- Ongoing review and optimization of meta-data policies for properties under your influence
- Collaborate on the approach for PR, social, and inbound link strategies
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in SEO
- Proven experience successfully executing all aspects of SEO projects and the development life-cycle
- Knowledge of web design principles and technologies, and their SEO implications, including a basic understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, DNS, robots, etc.
- Have an overall passion for the SEO field and overall internet marketing realm
- Proficient in quantitative analysis and Excel
- Experience working with a CMS and building/administering content
- Experience working with popular keyword ranking & page speed tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz.
- Experience in project management and use of Jira or similar tools.
- Strong background in web analytics, including expertise in Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Seasoned creative thinker, strategic player, and able to identify and resolve issues
- Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Who We're Looking For - SEO Manager
Our SEO Manager is integral to the development of the SEO Channel, training of our SEO Specialists, and close oversight of ongoing strategies set for all our web properties.
The SEO Manager works closely with the Director of Earned Media and individual SEOs on each team in the planning, testing, and executing of SEO initiatives, developing processes, and ensuring adherence to standard methodologies.

Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for an SEO Specialist II to join our team.
The SEO Specialist II is responsible for delivering on Dealer.com’s Advanced and Premium levels of Search Engine Optimization services to its subscribers to help them achieve their goals. This includes analyzing website performance data (traffic, rankings, etc.), evaluating the clients’ websites, determining what action to take to increase site performance, and collaborating with client, and internal stakeholders like the SEO Copywriter, on a monthly basis on strategy. The SEO Specialist is the client’s point-of-contact for all organic search related questions and concerns. Besides the monthly scheduled calls to review work and strategize, the client also as direct access to the Specialist via email or phone as needed.
Your Role:
Communicate with clients via regular monthly conference calls to review website performance, work completed as part of the SEO program, present strategies for the following month, collaborate on additional strategies to help the client achieve their goals, and generally act as consultant for client’s online search presence.
Act as SEO account manager, providing clients with direct access (call, email) to answer concerns, defend the service by reinforcing the value of Dealer.com’s SEO programs, or save potential cancellations.
To improve client site performance in search engines, and utilizing Dealer.com's web platform, execute on strategies using strictly white-hat search engine optimization tactics. Including content writing and optimization, metadata optimization, schema markup implementation, canonicaling of URLs, 301 redirects, NAP alignment, and natural backlink building.
Utilizing Dealer.com's analytics platform, analyze and evaluate website performance including, but not limited to, organic visits, visitors, form submissions, conversion rate, bounce rate, and visibility (keyword ranking data) to determine level of client performance and identify areas of opportunities.
Write client-facing reports on how website is performing to help them understand the benefits of Dealer.com's SEO program. Reports include details on the impact of the SEO campaign, specific key performance metrics, challenges the site is facing, solutions to those challenges, and the work completed along with the reasoning behind the effort.
To assist with identification of potential site improvements, utilize 3rd party tools like Copyscape, Majestic SEO, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Trends, and Moz Pro.
Troubleshoot negative trends in key performance indicators and search engine visibility. With assistance, determine cause of trend and take corrective action.
Complete search engine related requests from clients like market research, webpage optimization, Google Local optimization, and analysis of analytics on demand.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, advertising, or related field
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience may be considered
Understanding of how search algorithms work
Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics

Compensation and Other Benefits:
