Join Aprio's Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join their dynamic team.


The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and practices, as well as experience with keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

Position responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with the company's marketing goals
  • Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and popular keywords for the company's target audience
  • Optimize existing website content for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers
  • Aid in the ideation and creation of new content to capture organic search traffic
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix any issues that may be affecting the website's ranking in search engines
  • Monitor and report on website traffic and analytics to track the effectiveness of SEO strategies
  • Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience with keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO
  • Experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and other relevant SEO data platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience
  • Local search experience
  • Experience managing business listings on Google, Bing, Yelp, etc.
  • Experience in third-party SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Conductor, BrightEdge etc.

The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
