RemedyConnect is currently looking for an experienced SEO specialist to become a valuable member of our dynamic web development team. As part of this position, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive search engine optimization techniques, setting up and continually managing paid search campaigns, and orchestrating social media marketing initiatives tailored specifically for medical practices. By optimizing rankings and fostering new patient acquisition, this role plays a crucial role in our mission to support the growth and success of healthcare providers.

Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Crafts engaging and tailored content for website landing pages, social media posts, and targeted paid search campaigns.
  • Manages and optimizes paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive impactful results.
  • Acquires high-quality backlinks from a diverse range of sources, with a key focus on analyzing and learning from competitors' strategies to enhance link-building approaches and achieve optimal results.
  • Conducts in-depth keyword research to identify and capitalize on valuable opportunities for enhanced visibility.
  • Audits, diagnoses, and resolves technical SEO challenges on websites to ensure optimal performance and crawl-ability of search engines.
  • Communicates complex SEO insights to clients, offers strategic optimization recommendations, and implements approved SEO enhancements for sustainable growth.
  • Develops thorough reports and consistently enhances the SEO strategy to not only meet but surpass the set objectives and goals.
  • Committed to continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends in the ever-evolving landscape of search marketing and taking on additional responsibilities as needed based on that changing landscape.Requirements:

Competencies

  • Proficient in rapidly mastering new platforms such as Kentico, Duda, Agency Analytics, WebCEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Bing Webmaster Tools, Schema, Yext, Google Ads, Facebook Ads. We are ever-evolving and adding new tools and technologies as we grow.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with schema markup provides an additional edge.

Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required:

  • Marketing or technical degree preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with the following:
    • Paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
    • Technical SEO
    • Creation of social media posts
    • Backlink acquisition
    • Backend schema
    • Keyword research
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred.

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, remote work environment
