We are looking for an SEO Program Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of our overall global SEO strategy, partnering with internal stakeholders and an external agency to drive continued growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Web Operations, the SEO Program Manager’s responsibilities will include improving organic search rankings to increase the volume and quality of organic traffic to across all devices to maximize website performance. This role requires both technical and content SEO expertise to continuously improve the experience of our web visitors. The SEO Program Manager is responsible for being involved in and providing recommendations where necessary on all projects that will have an impact on the SEO program.



Global SEO Strategy

Establish the SEO Program to plan, develop and execute the global SEO strategy for that aligns to marketing KPIs and leadership objectives

Manage partnership with external agency to ensure strategy is executed and effective

Remain current on SEO trends as well as integrated marketing trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SEO best practices

Analyze and leverage data to find new opportunities for growth

Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization

On- and Off-Page Optimization

Guide content teams through keyword research and SEO best practices for all web copy (landing pages, website content, blogs, campaign assets, etc.)

Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner

Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building)

SEO Performance andamp; Reporting

Identify SEO KPIs and analyze, monitor, and report on SEO efforts and impact to the business via monthly, quarterly, and other reporting readouts

Track and report out on overall SEO activities and success of specific initiatives for key stakeholders and leadership


Serve as an evangelist for SEO across the company, working with cross-functional teams to instill SEO best practices, update processes and improve communication and alignment


Experience and Requirements:

8-10 years of SEO experience

Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-level SEO strategies

Proficiency in relevant SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)

Ability to share insights and recommendations to both technical and non-SEO audiences

A balance of strategic thinking, time management, execution, and analytical skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies

Solid understanding of business goals and objectives from an SEO perspective

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and ask clarifying questions

Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Passionate about SEO

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
